Now
things I’ve been tending to this week
Aster Weekly Desk Pad
(very pretty paper) · Rifle Paper Company
Last week I began tracking things that matter to me again: water, yoga, voice exercises, meditation, walks, music practice…
Love using this elegant pad of paper to do so.
“Alligator mississippiensis”
fun facts about the American alligator · FunWildFacts.com
A thrill to drive my dad’s golf cart down the path called “Alligator Alley” in his neighborhood. Drove that way by myself after sunrise the other morning and saw nothing. Maybe the Alligator mississippiensises
who live there were busy sleeping in.
“surely, she’s singing”
notes from 22B · Marla Beck
A lyric ramble among words, silence and the ways we reach one another.
This may be one of my favorites I’ve written so far, possibly because
I started discovering what I meant as I wrote it.
